One touch Pass and Shoot

Description

Players line up along boards as shown.

First player passes across the first player in opposite line. That player one-touches the puck out to an area where the first player can skate into into it and then go in for a shot.

Work the drill from both sides and alternate which player at the head of the line starts the drill.
