FW/BW Circles/Cones with Puck Pass & Shot

Description

Player "X" Skates backward with the puck around circle at full speed with good cross-overs, pivots at blue line to backwards and traverses the cones forwards stickhandling with cross-overs, stickhandles to the back of the line "X".
(Second "X" skater proceeds as soon as the first skater completes full circle.)

Simultaneously, player "O" skates forewards around the other circle, transitions to backwards at the goal side hashmarks, exits circle and passes puck to coach, transitions to forward around the cone at the blue line, receives pass back from the coach, skates in, shoots and joins the back of line "X".
(Second "O" skater proceeds as soon as first skater completes full circle.)
