5 vs 3 NZ Regroup

Diagrams     

Description

Puck is dumped into corner. D1 retrieves puck and looks for outlet pass to F1 or F2.
F123 practice planned breakout form defensive zone.
F1 makes a neutral zone pass to D3.
D3 makes a D to D pass to D4.
F1 2 3 regroup in proper lanes looking for pass from D4.
F123 attack D 1 and 2, with D3 and 4 providing support for F123.
F4 then attacks F123 to make it a 5 vs 3 entry.

1) Dump and Chase
2) Driving wide
3) Putting puck on net
