Swing Drill (Flow and Positioning)

Description

Passing drill that works on Flow and Positioning.

F1 starts the drill with a shot from the slot.
F1 picks up puck in corner and passes to F2 who swings on bottom of circle to receive pass.

F3 times the transition and makes a swing below blueline to outside lane to receive pass from F2.

F3 skates in and shoots on goal.
After the shot F3 skates to corner and picks up puck and drill begins again.

Continuous from both ends.
