Description

Coach shoots puck at Goalie who dumps it beside the net
Forward collect puck and advance down the ice
D skate to Blue Line and Pivot Backwards to protect own zone against oncoming forwards
Forwards job is to create a quality shot on net
Play until coach blows whistle

Notes: Forwards should look for the triangle
D should look to keep the forwards to the outside
