BRUINS - Pivot Pair Skate (Half Ice Station)

Description

Two Players Leave at once (this is not a race and they are to not try and pass each other) pivoting around the pylons as diagrammed skating backwards twice. Coach place stick around side of pylon the player is intended to start their pivot to ensure they go to the correct side.

Second group leaves after first passes the second pylon.

Progression:
Send one player with puck
Second player leaves once first player pasts their lane (~ top of circles)

REMEMBER - Change sides

Notes: 2 reps with an d without the puck per group is goal.
