Performance Reports & Printing

Perform reports turn your testing data into something you can act on and hand out. You'll find them all under the Reports menu.

Anyone in the organization can run reports. Exporting a report to PDF or CSV is a Premium feature.

Latest Report

Shows each selected athlete's most recent result for each selected metric, side by side.

  1. Go to Reports → Latest Report.
  2. Under 1. Select Athletes, filter by classification or search, then tick athletes. Select All picks everyone in the list.
  3. Under 2. Select Metrics, tick the tests to include.
  4. Click Generate Report.

Progress Report

Compares each athlete's first and last result inside a date range.

  1. Go to Reports → Progress Report.
  2. Set the Start Date and End Date. The oldest result in the range is the baseline, and the newest is compared to it.
  3. Select athletes and metrics, then click Generate Progress Report.

Green means improvement, red means decline, and gray means no change or a neutral metric. "Better" follows each metric's direction.

Group Improvement Report

Summarizes the whole group for each metric: how many athletes Improved, had No Change or Regressed, and the Average Change.

  1. Go to Reports → Group Improvement.
  2. Set the date range, select athletes and metrics, then click Generate Group Improvement Report.

Athletes need at least two results in the date range to be counted.

Out of Range Report

Catches likely data-entry mistakes, like a sprint time typed as 45 instead of 4.5.

  1. Go to Reports → Out of Range Report.
  2. Set the Threshold (%). Athletes whose change on a metric is at least this much get flagged. The default is 100%.
  3. Set the Start Date and End Date, and choose All Athletes, By Classification or By Birth Year.
  4. Click Generate Report.

Each flagged athlete shows which metrics triggered the alert. Fix any real mistakes in the athlete's Edit Data page.

Printing one athlete's dashboard

Open the athlete and click Print. You get a one-page dashboard with:

  • radar charts comparing the athlete to each of their classifications
  • each metric's Latest result and Gain, plus the Group comparison when there's group data
  • a QR code that opens the athlete's online dashboard (only when the athlete has an active share link)

Click PDF to download it instead (Premium).

Multi-Athlete Printing

Print a dashboard for many athletes at once, one athlete per page. It's handy for handing out at the end of a testing block.

  1. Go to Athletes → Multi-Athlete Printing.
  2. Choose All Athletes, By Classification, By Birth Year or Select Individual.
  3. Optionally set a Date Range. When set, "Gain" shows the change from the oldest to the newest result in that range.
  4. Click Preview HTML or Generate PDF.
  • Preview HTML – opens up to 15 athletes in your browser. Use your browser's Print to save a PDF. Available on every plan.
  • Generate PDF (Premium) – 1–15 athletes download right away. For 16–100 athletes, the PDF is built in the background and you get an email when it's ready.

The maximum is 100 athletes per report.

Good to Know

  • Exports are limited to 20 per hour.
  • The QR code only appears when the athlete already has an active share link. Printing never creates one. See Sharing Results & Emailing Reports.
  • Archived athletes can still be included in reports.

Tips

  • Run the Out of Range Report after every testing day, before you share results or print dashboards.
  • Use the Progress Report for individual conversations and the Group Improvement Report for parents' meetings or program reviews.
  • To print the whole roster on the Free plan, use Preview HTML in batches of 15 and print each batch from your browser.
