Y Drill

Description
Work both ends. X 1/X4 goes hard down slot for a shot then re-positions body to take pass from each corner by calling for the puck from either corner first then re-position again for the next pass from the other corner. Each player passes twice then gets replaced by the shooter.
Notes: Important to still havea good pace to the drill and work on hitting the net and making and receiving the pass.
