Flip Flop 2 on 1

Diagrams

Description

Start from one end. D goes behind the net with a puck to make a breakout pass to winger on the wall. Winger skates up the ice and hits the D close who back tracks in neutral or spins off opponent if under pressure and hits the D partner who should be hinged on weak side. The other forward breaking out stops up between blue and red and calls for a pass. D hits that player while the winger who made the pass to the D times it and cuts across the middle for support and calls for a quick pass ( 1 touch maybe) and the two go down 2 on 1 on the D that breakouts. As soon as the two D that regrouped in the neutral zone make the pass back they flip flop and take the two forwards coming out of the other end to do the same thing the other way.

Notes: Then have the pass from the winger to the far D and not the close D out of both ends as well add a Center so it becomes a 3 on 1 back in of the regroup and have the C interchange with the far winger and the winger who passes post up.
