4 Corner Skate

Diagrams

Description

Divide however into 4 corners. Above shows in lines. Can split them up in positions etc. On whistle coach directs one corner to skate starting with 2 laps at full speed, when they finish the next corner starts and so on. After each groups has gone two laps reduce it to one lap, then one lap again, then back up to two laps then they are done. Dividing it allows for ample recovery time between sets so they dont start to go 50% and pace themselves which if you continously train them this way they become slower. Change direction each time they go.

Notes: Mix it up and have them skate 1 length and back, then far blue and back, then redline and blue line then top of circle and repeat.
