Description

KEP - Pucks behind the net, goalie in the net, setup 4 cones total, one just above each face-off circle and one close to the face-off dot in the neutral zone on either side. split team into two lines that will line up at the goal line in each corner (try to split them so each line matches up well against the other to make things as competitive as possible). Players to leave 1 from each line on the whistle.

Players skate around the face-off cricle to the first cone and do a full 360 power turn, then head down and across the zone towards the bottom of the opposite face-off circle, as they get to the bottom of the opposite face-off circle they will transition backwards around the bottom of the face-off circle opening up as they come around by the boards, transitioning back to forwards, the player will then skate up the boards towards the cone that is in the neutral zone where they will do a second power turn 360 and then drive towards the goal where there will be a puck laid out. First player to the puck will try to score, second player back checks.
