Tight Quarters

Diagrams

Description

On the whistle one zone starts with a puck on their stick and skates in all different direction, controlling puck; cutting hard; stopping and going different direction until they hear 2nd whistle which starts the next zone to do the same thing. When the 2nd whistle sounds the first group stop where they are and do stationary puckhandling (figure 8's and side to side stick handling). The next whistle re-starts that same group again doing the puckhandling in stride again.

Notes: After 3-5 reps then shrink the area they are allowed to go in and repeat the same steps above.
