Description
2 Defence(D1 D2) start near the middle of the ice where they normally stand(Weak side D2 just outside the blue line).
Coach behind the net sends a pass around the boards.
-Strong side D1 goes towards the puck to keep it in , grabs the puck and skates backwards a few steps.
-Weak side D2 comes into the zone past the blue line.
-D1 with the puck takes a few strides into the middle then passes the puck to D2.
-Another Coach up high will act as a opposing winger cutting of any shot.
-D2 has no choice but to go back to D1
-D1 then goes in for a shot .
Repeat the same steps but the Coach behind the net shoots the puck the opposite side.
Then switch the D
