Description

1. Players start with transitions at cones (stops, tight turns, mohawks, spinouts, etc

2. Get a pass from coach in NZ and enter zone for hard shot or deke on goalie

3. Get in line far corner for timed edgework: tight turn at cone, stop/start at goal line, pivot at cone, backwards to goal line

Notes: Continuous rotation for edgework and shooting
