- opposite corners start at same time
- alternates to opposite corners next go
- players always start along blue line
- receive pass from line and one touch back
- proceed to next line to receive and send back one touch pass
- proceed to next to one touch pass
- accelerate to blue line to receive long pass from opposite starting line
