Description

Pucks behind net with Coach1
O player down low on Offense and another O at point.
X player is defensive FWD.
Coach from behind net passes to Offensive player down low, that player tries to make a pass to Offensive player at point.
-when pass is made DEF FWD must attack point player and take away shooting lane. Making sure not to attack point man into middle of ice. Must attack and force player to boards.
Players rotate positions after each shot. Can work out of both corners.

Notes: Progress by having player take place of coach behind net.
