Description

Coaches move to side boards with pucks.
Players move about the offensive zone trying not to get hit in the skates by pucks shot by coaches.
If player is hit, they move to one knee outside the blue line.

Notes: Ensure pucks not shot too hard.
Players put sticks outside of blue line in center circle before drill begins.
Nets outside of offensive zone before drill begins.
