Description

-Start with pucks for open ice carry
-Lose pucks to show speed then add pucks back in for reps

PROGRESSION
-Move to four lane passing drill
-Open ice carry through neutral zone
-Teach shuffle, dribble, deke
-Add pylon
-Put all three together

Notes: It will take a while to get through this progression but it will teach players how to get their head up once they enter the zone after a burst of speed.
