3 on 0 offside / 3 on 1

(3 on 0)
F1 F2 & F3- F1 leaves with puck and breaks out into NZ surns to middle of ice and then at center turns back towards OZ. F2 & F3 leave DZ at same time and round pylons set just out side of blueline in the NZ. all three must attack the OZ without going offside.

Focus on player stradling the BLUELINE and making ice until puck carrier crosses BLUELINE. Puck carrier (F1) can also PASS the puck to F2 / F3 to avoid and OFFSIDE.

(3 on 2&3)
for the FWD this is the same as previous drill. but adding DEF players. first on DEF player then 2 DEF Players. DEF player start at the same time as FWD's. they round circle using transition skating, then must time so they are controling the GAP, and NOT getting sucked to outside, MUST play the player in the middle of the ice, and let the puck carrier stay on the outside.
