Half Ice Stations Passing/Stk Hdl/Stopping

Description

1. Stopping facing same way all the time. After the last pylon has been stopped on player skates BKWDS up the plue line to the line up again. This should be done first without a puck then with a puck.

2. stick handling around the circle. First with controlled stick handling shoulder width. Then Wide stick handling. then toe drags and using the skates to keep puck on stick.

3. Stationary passing, focus on simple forehand passing TAPE to TAPE, then move to Backhand passing.

Notes: 1. Keep them facing the same way when stopping

2. Keep puck ahead of them, use narrow then wide stick handling, use inventive toe drags and skate control.

3. Cushion pass, point to the intended recipient on the forehand and backhand.
