Description

X-Over Drill-
Players in one corner start by doing slow FWD Crossovers sround one circle then move on to next cirlce, when player is at top of 2nd circle the Coach send pass up to the player. Player moves in on goalie for shot.***Do drill from each corner.***

OutSide Edges-
player starts by weaving on outside edge through pylons set up accross BLUELINE - player comes to a STOP at boards then does SLOW one foot circle on the OUTSIDE Edge around pylons. (***DO FULL CIRCLE ON THE SAME FOOT FOR ALL PYLONS, then next time around do the OTHER Foot.) When player reaches the boards player STOPS and picks up a puck goes in on net and takes a shot.
