Description
Station 1:
1v1. Wall side player skates up the wall with the puck, while outside player puts pressure on the other and keeping him on the wall. Wall side player can change directions and go up and down the wall, while protecting the puck. Once the coach says shoot it turns into a 1v1 to the net.
Station 2:
1v1. Wall side player starts the drill pinned to the wall by outside player. Coach says shoot and the pinned player has to get off the wall and attack the net. If the outside player gets the puck then they can shoot.
Station 3:
2v2. Small area, 2 nets are facing each other. Coach puts a puck in play and players play 2v2. Try and keep the play from the dot to the wall.
Station 4:
2v2. Coach shoots a puck on net, trying for a rebound. Players have to react and create additional scoring chances. The first team to retrieve the puck is on offense. If the other team gets control they pass to the coach to transition to offense.
