Description

Skaters line up just outside blue line (or bottom of face-off circle)and take off low and hard to far cone on right and make a good transition pivot from forwards to backwards and back around 1st cone on the right again a transition pivot from backwards to forwards and hard to far cone on the left and transition pivot to backwards to 1st cone on the left and last transition pivot to forwards. Hard to designated stop area and then quick acceleration stop and start thru the gate and finish area.

Notes: Skaters will do this with and without a puck.
