Description

Players start in one corner and skate BKWDs to pylon overtop of BLUEline in Neutral zone, transtion FWD around pylon and skate FWD to pylone at hashmark.
Transtion to BKWDs skating to pylon at center ice.
Continue transitional skating around all pylons till last pylon by centerline skates hard FWD and picks up puck and continues around CIRCLE and through pylon. takes shot on net.REPEAT going Back the other way to work on oppisite transitin sides. as well as Works both FOREHAND & BACKHAND SHOT IN FRONT OF NET.
