Neutral Zone Turn Passing

Description

Both sides go at the same time.
X1 drives to pylon X2 calls
X1 passes backhand while turning cone.
Do not let the turn the cone then pass. The drill is passing from their back hand as soon as the puck comes around the cone while they are still in the turn.
Do not let them turn the cone then pass. This will be their natural tendency.

They will need to make eye contact with X2 stick to complete pass.

As soon as X2 receives pass they repeat cycle.

Keep speed up as this is an accuracy drill as well as a speed and conditioning drill.

PROGRESSION - move to forehand pass and keep temp up.
