Description

- 1 Drives puck around the circle, on top of circle, transition to backwards skating. On bottom of circle, transition to forward skating always facing up ice.

- 1 passes puck to 4, follows the puck up to 4 and stops, starts to sidestep in to cone-stop. Drive around the upper cone and pick up speed down into zone, recive pass and take a shot in high slot, go for rebound.

- 4 passes puck down to 7 and times to drive hard on goal for deflection and/or rebound from 1 shot.
