Description

X1 starts on whistle with puck skating around cones tightly.
O1 goes once X1 reaches 3rd cone.

Zigzag through cones with shot at far end. Transition back picking up puck through neutral ice. Pivot to backward skating at Blue line, pivot back to forward at centre Red line skate in and shoot or deeke.

Switch lines.

Notes: Each player goes 6 - 8 times.
