Station 1:
Player starts with the puck on their stick and do 2-4 stationary lateral crossovers, then explode up the ice doing 2 inside out turns, then attacking two aids. Then make a turn towards the net and attack 1 additional aid and shoot. Emphasize crossovers after their moves.
Station 2:
Player starts with the puck and stickhandles through a line of pucks up to the blue line, turns and skates and stickhandles to the cone at the bottom of the circle, turns back up the ice and does two fakes, turn back towards the net and shoots.
Station 3:
Player starts at the blue with the puck, skates and turns inside out on a cone, after the turn the player should be accelerating and then pass to a rebounder, receiving the pass back and while controlling the puck accelerating and the shooting. Include an aid to allow the players to make a move after the pass reception.
Station 4:
Player starts with the puck and passes to a small net, controls the puck and completes a fake, then passes to another small net, controls the puck and does one more fake and shoots.
