setup one set of forwards in face-off position at centre ice. setup 2 sets of D, one inside the offensive zone, the other behind the forwards at the blue line.
Coach dumps the puck into the offensive zone, forwards skate in low watching D. D closest to the puck picks it up and looks to go D to D behind the net. As the D move the puck that will tell the forwards which direction they need to position in. F1 will skate in lower than the hash marks and use the inside hashes as their target for where they want to be in relation to the other two Fs. F2 skates towards the inside hashes lower and then looks to move toward the other inside hash mark strong/puck side. F3 will move in through the inside hash lower and transition and move up the ice towards the board side hash makes and look for a pass from D2. All three forwards will then move the puck up the ice to attack the other two D and try to get a shot on the goalie. D1 and D2 then take D3 and D4s spots. D3 and D4 rest and two new D start in the offensive zone, 2nd forward group start at faceoff circle at centre ice.
