Description

Player 1 from each line alternately explodes from corner to blue line, comes to a full STOP.
Chopsticks, along line.
Explosive start to next line.
Repeat for all 3 neutral ice lines.
Drill ends once goal line has been crossed.

Goalies - T-push on blue lines and shuffle on red line.

Notes: Quick feet to start.

Heads up.
