Description

D1 Starts on his knees with a puck. On whistle he jumps up and skates with puck towards F1. D1 passes to F1 and pivots to take F1 back 1 on 1 to goalie. Battle 1 on 1.
D1 then gets a second puck and does the same with F2 and then F3 until complete.

Notes: D to focus on closing the gap and playing the body not the puck.
F to focus on driving to the net and shooting and follow up rebounds aggressively.
