Center Ice Pass/Shoot

Description
Start drill on both sides of the red line. First player starts without the puck. Player 2 passes to first player and they make 3 passes, while player one is skating backwards. Player one continues across the red line backwards and opens up at the dot and goes in for a shot on the goalie. Flip sides after about 3-5 mins
