Description

Drill starts out of both ends with players set up for cycling. On the whistle they begin to cycle the puck rotating around the circle. On the whistle the player at the top of the circle plays Defence and the other 2 attack 2 vs 1. Take a shot and go to the line.

Same thing happens out of the other end.
