Description

- Both sides go at the same time
- F makes pass to D then swings in front of D, D steps up and passes to F who carries puck then passes to D2, F pivots to the boards and receives pass back from D2 and goes down for long shot and rebound.
- D2 follows play and becomes D1, D3 becomes D2 and D1 goes back to the middle
- Drill is continuous.
