Description

Coach at bottom sends LD1 skating backwards. RD1 also skates backwards in support of LD1.
Coach then pass to LD1. LD1 then pivots the easy way and gives a pass to RD1. RD1 then pivots and skates forwards gives pass to F1 off of the boards . F1 skates outside of the face off dot just outside the blueline curling back into the zone . RD1 shadows F1 and turns into a 1 on 2 (could also use a 2 on 2).

Then Coach at top starts on the other side but repeats same drill.
Can move this drill forward to center line if there is room
