Description

First two skaters leave and once they get low in the corner one to Rt of the coach pivots and skates backwards to the blue line then pivots again and goes hard to the Red and then easy back into the corner; Player to the Left of the coach stays forward all the time and works on crossovers to force up the other side like in a D to D play behind the opposing teams net. They switch sides every time then we switch corner. Goalies should be going through warmup skating drill in the crease going post to post and covering off all angles. Also add going behind the net like they are playing the puck.

Notes: This is a warmup drill so Game Speed always.
