Description

The two Forwards need to slide north and south in the opposite direction and the D slide east and west all depending where the puck is. Sticks always on the inside wherever possible. Be patient and give up more shots then the BOX; BUT NOT from the middle. If shots all come from outside the Triangle that's fine. Working on percentages.

Notes: Triangle shifts like the box and in this case a F will have to cover in front of the net when the D moves to puck side.
