People in line-- STAY TIGHT together.
D--GSIS TIGHT GAP.
F--do not have to skate in straight lines. But should KEEP Skating.
Not a 1 v 1-- D drop off.
Return LANE--STAY TIGHT TO WALL and keep your head up.
High intensity required.
SPOT RING and SHADOWING starts the drill.
Once shot is taken the CORNER SHADOW 1 v1 breaks for the net.
NEXT SPOT RING waits for the 1v1 to finish.
