KTP: Shoot for the far pad
Keep feet moving into and after the shot
Drive through (C) to get to middle

Hips facing net all times.
"Quiet stick" (keep puck on stick - not pushing to space)
Look through the tripod (avoid shinpads)

Strong push to create shooting lane
Puck loaded up - not in front but on the stick blade ready to be released
Release puck as soon as opening is there - puck sees it before you see it.
Head up!

Hit the ice first
Turn the top hand over
Drive through the bottom hand
Don't lift up, drive through

Keep puck in!
Always face the net. No "Dragging" of the puck
Puck in shooting position all the time!

Top hand out
As your crossing over push from your inside edge into the shot in one motion
As your crossing over get puck loaded up to be released. Don't keep it in front - back in line with your feet.
Drive bottom hand through the stick as your inside edge pushes you forwards

Look through the legs
Find the net through the screen
Shot isn't meant to be powerful but quick and catch the goalie - power is bonus!
Drive at the D. No speed - D doesn't move.
