Bend knees. Keep wieght on the toe of the blade and hands away from the body. Push down to the ice with the bottem hand. Pull the top hand towards your body and roll your wrists.

Good Hand Placement. Bend knees transfer wieght. Hands away from the body in the playmaking zone. Roll your wrists and follow through to the target.

Generate Stick speed. Sweep the blade through the puck. Rotate the back shoulder and hip towards the target.
